Founding Partner Justin Cooper brings his AmLaw 100 background and 20+ years of electronic discovery and data management expertise to NorthStar.
As the former Coordinator of Legal Systems for one of the world’s largest full service international law firms, Justin is a database management and multimedia trial presentation expert and Certified eDiscovery Expert.
Justin regularly consults with clients on a myriad of electronic discovery issues including negotiation of scope and ESI Protocols, developing search criteria and preparation for 30(b)(6) depositions.
Additionally he assists with drafting and responding to document requests, preparation for and attendance at meet-and-confer conferences, developing document preservation and collection strategies, and creation and management of document repositories.
“Working with an experienced e-discovery consultant to help you understand what data exists and where it resides is imperative in effectively prosecuting or defending your case,” says Justin.
In addition to consulting with clients, Justin oversees the day-to-day operations of NorthStar’s database management and electronic discovery groups.
